Mike Reeves Highlight

Until recently, Mike was Head of Theology for UCCF, providing theological fuel for student mission and supporting undergraduates studying theology. Before that he was an associate minister at All Souls Church, Langham Place, in London. He is married to Bethan, and together they have two daughters, Lucy and Mia. Mike’s new role is Theologian-at-Large. His duties include directing the development and delivery of new online degree, developing a new theological resources website to sit alongside WEST website, campus teaching at all degree levels, maintaining research, writing and preaching, and supervising PhD candidates in areas of Systematic and Historical Theology.

Mike earned the following degrees: MA, Cambridge University; BA (Hons), Oak Hill Theological College/Middlesex University; PhD, King’s College, London. He’s also written the following books: The Unquenchable Flame: Introducing the Reformation (IVP UK, 2009); The Unquenchable Flame: Discovering the Heart of the Reformation (B&H Academic, 2010); The Breeze of the Centuries: Introducing Great Theologians. From the Apostolic Fathers to Aquinas (IVP UK, 2010); On Giants’ Shoulders: Introducing Great Theologians. From Luther to Barth (IVP UK, 2011); and most recently The Good God: Enjoying Father, Son and Spirit (Paternoster, 2012) and Delighting in the Trinity: An Introduction to the Christian Faith (IVP, 2012).
